Clinic Format

Each ensemble will have 25 minutes to set up and perform or rehearse elements of their program. Clinicians are prepared to meet and work with students and staff. Please send one staff member to the press box to give instructions to the ensemble over the PA. NWAPA staff will be available at field level to coordinate program start as needed. Performers may be in half uniform or rehearsal attire. Metronomes and other rehearsal devices may be used.

Contest Format

Each ensemble will have 10 minutes to setup and perform one run though of their completed program thus far. There will be no timing and penalties. Directors will receive a copy of an Exhibition recap. Scores will not be published or announced. Judges audio commentary will be distributed per usual. There will be no awards retreat.
