2026 NWAPA Fall Host Bids

The NWAPA is now taking bids for the 2026 Fall season.  If you are interested in hosting a Marching Band event, please do the following:

          1. Read the current version of the 2026 DRAFT Fall Show Sponsor Handbook found HERE.
          2. Complete the online application form found HERE.

Event Administration

The NWAPA is expanding the Event Administration Team.
Interested persons should have knowledge of Pageantry Arts and be
available for select Saturdays for Fall and Winter/Spring seasons.
Applicants should be local to Oregon/Washington.

Organize and manage an annual circuit of standardized contests for competitive marching bands, winter guards and winter percussion units.
