BEFORE REGISTERING, Please read the Winter Handbook FIRST.

As part of your unit’s registration, please remember to complete the following forms.

Code of Conduct Form

Copyright Form (For percussion only, if not attending WGI regional)

Instructions:

1. 1. 1. Please fill in the form below completely for every unit you want to register.

1. 1. 2. Once you have completed the form, you will receive a confirmation email for each unit you registered.

1. 1. 3. Within 48 hours you will receive an invoice via email with the total fees for that unit.

1. 1. 4. Follow the link in the confirmation email to pay the fees through the NWAPA website using PayPal.

Changes:

If there are any changes that need to be made to your registration after your original submission, please DO NOT re-register the unit.  Please email registration@nwapa.net the changes you would like to make.
