Welcome to the 2023 NWAPA May Membership Meeting. This May’s meeting and elections will be held VIRTUALLY. We will be utilizing Zoom for the meeting. The election application we will be using is the same as last year, ELECTION Runner. The ELECTION Runner is web based and has phone/tablet apps available from both the iPhone and Android stores. In order to participate in the election you need a login and password.
The voting eligibility rules for this meeting are the same as last year and are as follows:
- Fall Proposals – One vote per unit.
- Winter Proposals – One vote per unit. (i.e. one Winds group = 1 vote, two guard units = 2 votes)
- All Seasons (including officer elections) – One Vote per program
- Unit/program must be in good standing

Once this information has been submitted, you will receive an email at the address you provide on Monday, May 22nd, with your login and password for voting as well as the link to the Zoom meeting.
