Handbooks: See the "Resources" menu for the Fall or Winter activities.

Registration: To update your unit registration (enter events, add spiel info, pay your invoice, etc.) use the private link that was emailed to you when the unit was created.

If you have lost the link, you can request it via the "Units -> Add New Unit" menu, or contact Tom ( and ask for it.

Updates from the Fall Draw meeting

Results from the Aug 23 Fall Draw meeting have been added to each Event page.

Bands that were not included in the draw will perform before others in their size class – based on date of fee payment.

The cutoff date for setting your number of members is Sept. 4. The A/AA size split will be set on Sept. 5.

Fall event registration is now open!

Fall event entry tips:
1 – If you were an NWAPA marching band participant last year, please re-use your same unit registration. Use the same registration link you received when you registered the unit.

or… email Tom at and he’ll forward it to you.
NOTE: If you have both fall and winter units, contact Tom to get the correct link.
2 – If you’re new to the NWAPA, you can register via the “Units” – “Add New Unit” menu on the web page.
3 – After you enter your band and show information and click on the event entries, be sure you use the SAVE button.
4 – Fee payment: Click on the link at the bottom of your unit information page. You have two options:
    a – Print out the invoice form and mail it to the NWAPA Treasurer with your payment.
          Please be sure you include a printed copy of the invoice.
    b – Use the link to PayPal and pay online.

Winter Show Sponsor Application

The Winter Show Sponsor Application is now available.  If your unit is interested in hosting a winter show, please complete the application and submit it prior to August 23rd.  Note that the show sponsor entry fee has changed.  You are encouraged to read the entire form as well as the Winter Show Sponsor Handbook which has been updated for the 2016 season.
