December Meeting Info

The December Member/Sponsor meeting is scheduled for Sunday, December 13th at Sherwood High School. Fall and Winter Show Sponsors will meet at 11:30 and General Membership will meet at 12:30.

Don’t miss this chance to provide live input on the fall season and make suggestions for the upcoming winter season. Discussion at this meeting is the perfect place to start formulating the proposals that become new rules at the May meeting. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to have your voice heard.

Show sponsors, this meeting provides a valuable opportunity for us all to work together to make your show as successful as possible. Winter sponsors, this is particularly important for you since the beginning of the winter season is quickly approaching.

Please feel free to reach out to any member of the board or staff if you have questions or items you would like to have added to the agenda.

Winter event registration is open

Registration is now open for all Winter events.

Awesome Championships Montage Video

Check out the great NWAPA Championships montage video that U of O posted to Facebook earlier today.  A huge thank you to the entire U of O band for making the day such a success.

Payment methods at U of O Festival of Bands

We will not be accepting cards for ticket purchases (just cash and checks), but the concessions stand will. There will also be an ATM available inside Autzen.

Thank you.

FOB Important Updated Information

We have expanded the number of warm-up areas from 3 to 5, which will give each unit approximately 1 hour in a designated warm up zone.

Please see map and extended schedules for both Prelims and Finals on the U of O championships event page.

Announcer Location

The contest announcer will be in the press box. Bands who wish to coordinate the start of their show may send a representative to the press box to work with the announcer. Please allow 10 minutes to walk to the press box from the entry gate.
