Use the "Events" menu to...
- See a list of all events
- See the entry lists

Handbooks: See the "Resources" menu for the Fall or Winter activities.

Registration: To update your unit registration (enter events, add spiel info, pay your invoice, etc.) use the private link that was emailed to you when the unit was created.

If you have lost the link, you can request it via the "Units -> Add New Unit" menu, or contact Tom ( and ask for it.

Fall 2017 event registration is Open!

Unit directors can now register for Fall 2017 events.

You must use your unit’s private registration link to enter events and update your unit information. Contact me if you don’t have your link (email me at

When you register, you must use two different ‘save’ buttons. There is one “Save” for your unit data (show title, number of members, etc). Use this button whenever you change your unit information.

There is a second button “Save Entries” below the table where you select the events you want to enter.

If you  don’t click on “Save Entries”, you won’t actually be entered in any events. When you click on “Save Entries”, you’ll see an “Updating event entries” page, with the confirmation results of your update.

You only need to use the “Save Entries” button if you have changed your event selections – you can add or cancel an event at any time.
