Registration: To update your unit registration (enter events, add spiel info, pay your invoice, etc.) use the private link that was emailed to you when the unit was created.

If you have lost the link, you can request it via the "Units -> Add New Unit" menu, or contact Tom ( and ask for it.

Deadline for A/AA band size report

NWAPA member bands registered as Class “A” and “A or AA” must report their number of members by 4:00pm on Sept. 9. The member count must be updated on your unit registration page. The split between class A and AA will be set on Saturday Sept. 10, and will be published by Monday Sept. 12.


Fall General Meeting this Sunday

NWAPA Fall General Membership Meeting/Fall Draw is Sunday August 28th at Liberty HS 12:00 PM Noon. Event registration fees must be paid by Aug 28th in order to participate in the Fall Draw for performance order at all events.
